Paul Schramm practices intellectual property law in the Boulder office of Holland & Hart LLP, where he manages a number of large, sophisticated international patent portfolios in the electronics, telecommunications, and computer arts, and oversees the work of patent attorneys, agents, and engineers of Holland & Hart. He is the lead editor for Part II of the recently published AIPLA treatise “Patents and Standards: Practice, Policy, and Enforcement” (Bloomberg 2018). In the past Paul co-taught a course on patent application preparation and prosecution at the University of Colorado School of Law.
