Nicole M. Quintana, Esq., is managing partner at Ogborn Mihm, LLP, where much of her trial practice focuses on plaintiffs’-side business litigation and legal malpractice.  Through her practice, she sees the recurring business torts that arise between parties and mistakes made by clients and lawyers that give rise to such claims. She has written and presented material on contract matters, fiduciary duties, trade secrets, and ethics.  She also takes a particular interest in attorney wellbeing, studying and presenting on the impact of stress and anxiety on our brains and on our duties to clients.
