Edward Lush, Esq., focuses on business transactions and general corporate law. Edward has experience representing clients in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, entity formation and general corporate governance and has worked with clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to multi-national public companies. Prior to joining KKO, Edward practiced corporate and securities law in the Denver office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Edward received an M.A. in International Relations and Geography from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland in 2001 and spent two years teaching English at a public high school in Nagano, Japan before obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law, with distinction, from BPP Law School in London, England in 2005 and a J.D., cum laude, from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2008. Edward is active in the local community and currently serves on the board of the Denver Montclair International School in Denver, Colorado.
