Scott Challinor, Esq., is an attorney at Conover Law, LLC in Greenwood Village. Scott's practice focuses on probate, trust and protective proceeding litigation, fiduciary representation, and appeals. Scott graduated with a B.A. in History from The Colorado College, a M.Phil in International Politics from the University of Glasgow, and his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. Scott is active with the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, for which he is the Chair for the 2024-2025 term, and also chairs a subsection focused on appellate cases and issues related to estates, trusts, and protective proceedings. Scott is also a frequent presenter on issues related to elder law, estates and trusts, most recently presenting a spring case law update for the Elder Law Section, as well as the probate case law update for the Domestic Relations and Probate Institute, an annual seminar for judges and court staff.
