Andrew A. Schwartz

Andrew A. Schwartz is the Laurence W. DeMuth Chair of Business Law at the University of Colorado, where he teaches and writes on corporate law, contracts, and securities regulation. He is the author of Investment Crowdfunding (Oxford University Press, 2023), the leading book on the subject, and has published widely on business entities, fiduciary duties, and the design of organizational law. Professor Schwartz has served as a Fulbright Research Scholar in New Zealand, held visiting academic appointments across several continents, and frequently lectures on U.S. business law to audiences around the world.
