Christopher J. Lane, Esq., is a partner and co-leader of the Real Estate Practice Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He has extensive experience representing clients in all areas of real estate transactions throughout the United States, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and land use matters. Mr. Lane’s expertise also involves representing both borrowers and lenders in real estate financing, including alternative financing structures, such as sale-leaseback transactions. Additionally, Mr. Lane has experience advising clients in developing and financing renewable energy projects. He has represented a number of energy providers and lenders developing major wind and solar projects. Mr. Lane is a contributing author to Colorado Real Estate Practice and also serves as an instructor for the related CLE course. Additionally, Mr. Lane serves as the firm’s pro bono coordinator. Mr. Lane earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
