Deb Witzel serves as Executive Director for the Longmont Community Justice Partnership succeeding founder, Beverly Title in 2008. She is currently an associate trainer for Beverly's new company ReSolutionaries Inc. Deb is the managing partner of the Restorative Justice Training Collaboration, sits on the Colorado Coalition of Restorative Justice Directors and contracts with the Colorado Coordinating Council on Restorative Justice. Since 2004 Deb has been a practitioner of restorative justice, training and facilitating in contained communities such as workplaces, schools and community groups as well as within the Longmont community at large. She holds a vision of restorative justice being a common way to handle conflict and crime in schools, homes and workplaces around the world. Deb brings an understanding of restorative practices in partnership with families, police and schools from implementation to program development and evaluation. Her prior life as an improvisational actor lends a lively and adaptable flair to her engaging presentations and trainings.
