Carin Hermann has served as In-house Counsel for CSU Ventures since 2008. She advises the office on general legal matters, files trademark and provisional patent applications and takes an active role in drafting, negotiating and managing technology transfer agreements. She assists CSU inventors with new company organization and startup formation and assists outside counsel with litigation and patent prosecution. Carin received her BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Colorado in 1999 and a JD from CU in 2008, where she served as President of the Technology Law Student Association, and Executive Editor of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.
