Erin Overturf, Esq., is a Senior Staff Attorney with Western Resource Advocates. She represents conservation interests in state regulatory proceedings and civil litigation, with a particular focus on the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. Her work includes defending the gains Colorado has achieved through its strong renewable energy standard and emission reduction programs, while pursuing strategic administrative litigation to expand energy efficiency, renewable energy resources, and other clean energy technologies. Prior to joining WRA, Erin was an Assistant Solicitor General in the Office of the Colorado Attorney General, where she represented state agencies like the Public Utilities Commission, the Air Pollution Control Division, and the Colorado Energy Office. Erin also served as a clerk to the Honorable Alex J. Martinez of the Colorado Supreme Court.
