Kendall Burgemeister, Esq., is a member of Law of the Rockies, located in Gunnison. He represents diverse clients including local governments, real estate developers, non-profits, banks, and ranchers in water rights, real estate, and local government matters. He routinely practices before the Water Courts in Water Divisions 2, 3, and 4, and semi-regularly in Water Divisions 5 and 7. He has previously spoken about water matters at events sponsored by the Colorado Water Trust, Realtors Land Institute, the Colorado Water Workshop, CLE International, CLE in Colorado, Inc., and as a guest lecturer at Western Colorado University.
