Gary M. Kramer, Esq., is a former JAG and retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel.  In addition to trial experience as a military prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, he advised and defended the Air Force as in-house employment law counsel in the investigation and litigation of individual and class action claims involving discrimination, retaliation, disability, overtime, leave and benefits, adverse actions, labor relations, and occupational safety and health.  He concluded his military service as the Chief of Civil Law-Investigations at Headquarters Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, from 2008-2012.  His service also included deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Persian Gulf.  He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and also earned an LL.M. in Labor & Employment Law, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.  He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.  He is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.  He completed CBA's Leadership Training program, COBALT, as a member of the class of 2012.  Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Colorado Human Resources Association.  He is also accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of the General Counsel, for the representation of claimants before the VA, and volunteers with the CBA's Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans.
