Bradley H. Moloney

Honorable Bradley H. Moloney is a practicing attorney, municipal judge, and adjunct law professor. He is the owner and founding member of The Moloney Law Firm, LLC, a Denver-based firm specializing in criminal defense and family law, among other areas of practice.  Judge Moloney serves as an associate relief judge in three municipalities in the greater Denver area.  He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he teaches courses on advanced evidence and trial practice.  Judge Moloney's career spans both criminal and civil practice. He is a former deputy district attorney who prosecuted cases at all levels in Colorado, and a former deputy city attorney, where he managed litigation and civil matters for a municipality. Judge Moloney frequently provides trainings on topics including ethics, evidence, and trial practice. He is the author of the jury selection chapter in the National District Attorneys Association's Trial Advocacy Manual, and has served as a legal instructor for multiple police academies, including the Colorado State Patrol.  Judge Moloney volunteers his time as a mock trial coach at a high school in the Denver area. He holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Denver.
