Christopher W. Gordon

Chris Gordon is an elder law estate planning attorney who loves helping families get their legacy organized. As a high schooler, Chris's family lost his father to Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). Even at a young age, and perhaps especially then, he could see how his mother and siblings benefited from his parents getting their affairs in order. Since deciding to become an attorney, estate planning has been Chris's desire, and he is grateful to have been doing so for nearly all his career. Chris took his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University to the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he graduated in 2010. With a brief detour into litigating, he has focused his practice heavily in the senior community. A father of five small children, active in the community, Chris has served clients of all ages in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and protective proceedings. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the ALS Association, is on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (a faith-based service and educational organization of attorneys of all kinds), and is an active Scouter. He and his wife enjoy every opportunity to share with their children their love of family, travel, skiing, and all forms of neighborhood adventures.
