Lindsay J. Miller, Esq., is a senior real estate litigation attorney with Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C in Castle Rock, Colorado. She has been in private litigation practice since her graduation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010 and has represented a variety of clients across Colorado. Lindsay’s practice is focused on general litigation, with an emphasis on real estate matters. She is the Secretary of The Colorado Lawyer Board and the author of multiple articles published in the Colorado Lawyer, including “In Case You Missed It: Recent Real Estate Case Law Highlights,” 50 Colo. Law, April 2021, at 36; “As I See It:  Warranty of Habitability,” 47 Colo. She is also a past Colorado Bar Association CLE Faculty member and speaker. Lindsay received the highest “AV” rating from Martindate Hubbell in 2015 and continues to maintain this designation. She has also been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition for the State of Colorado for the years 2016-2021.
