Aaron C. Acker
Aaron C. Acker, Esq., has served as the HOA Information Officer within the Colorado Division of Real Estate within the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies since January 1, 2011. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Penn State's Dickinson School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Colorado and Pennsylvania. Aaron started his legal career in private practice in Fort Collins, primarily representing clients in domestic and criminal matters. Aaron has significant regulatory knowledge and experience and previously served as a Settlement and Enforcement Officer with the Colorado Division of Real Estate working with various boards and commissions to resolve disciplinary complaints. Aaron is a frequent speaker on the HOA Information Office and provides information to Colorado consumers on homeowners' association issues.
