Pamela Hirschman is a shareholder and trademark attorney with Sheridan Ross PC. A former Trademark Examining Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, she handles domestic and international trademark portfolios for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups across a range of industries as well as individuals and nonprofits. Pamela has extensive experience in the areas of trademark prosecution and maintenance, as well as Ex Parte and Inter Partes practice in front of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office’s Trial and Appeal Board. In her day-to-day practice, Pamela conducts trademark clearance searches, maintains, policies and defends trademark registrations, and prepares license agreements and intellectual property transfer agreements. Pamela also works to enforce her clients’ portfolios by policing and defending their trademark registrations and assisting clients in creating robust trademark portfolios aimed at maximizing their coverage. Pamela’s practice includes internet related trademark and copyright issues such as domain name disputes and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Proceedings.
