Benjamin E. Wick, Esq., is the founder of The Wick Law Office, LLC. He graduated magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law, American University. Mr. Wick has over a decade of experience representing public and private employees in complex claims of discrimination, including involving nearly every aspect of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act, Rehabilitation Act, Title VII, Equal Pay Act, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He practices in state and federal court and numerous administrative forum. He previously served as outside counsel to the USDA, where he represented the agency in claims of discrimination and appeals of disciplinary actions. Additionally, Mr. Wick has experience as the Chief Legal Officer (general counsel), and eventually Chief Administrative Officer, of a start-up company. Mr. Wick's role with the company included providing legal representation and advising as general counsel, as well as direct oversight and involvement in human resources, regulatory and compliance, and risk management. Mr. Wick is a published author in the field of employment discrimination and a frequent speaker on employment discrimination issues. He is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, where he is the past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Solo-Small Firm Section. He also serves for the Denver Bar Association as Representative to the Colorado Bar Association's Board of Governors.
