Cliff Stricklin has a unique and wide-ranging practice at King & Spalding as a commercial litigator and white collar defense lawyer. He guides companies and executives through critical situations where litigation is a possible result and has tried and won some of the nation’s largest, most complex cases. His public service positions have included First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the Enron Task Force, and State District Judge in Dallas, Texas. Cliff created the White Collar Criminal Law program at the University of Colorado’s School of Law and has been an instructor of trial advocacy at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law.
