Leslee K. Balten, Esq., is a partner at Ciancio Ciancio Brown, PC, and manages the firm’s Breckenridge office. She practices primarily in family law, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities actions, and post decree parenting time disputes. Leslee has also completed CFI training and works as mediator and PC/DM. Leslee began private practice focused on commercial and civil litigation and business transactional matters, which gives her a unique perspective on financial aspects of family law cases. Leslee is a 2015 COBALT graduate and has served in various COBALT and CBA leadership positions including Region 7 Vice President. Leslee serves her Summit County community as the Board Chair for the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center and regularly volunteers for Northwest Colorado Legal Services. Leslee was honored as Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015 through 2018, Super Lawyer in 2025 and recognized in Best Lawyers since 2022. When she’s not practicing law, Leslee is enjoying the great outdoors while skiing, biking, backpacking, running rivers, and hunting.
