Professor David Hricik, JD, teaches at Mercer Law School and has practiced and written on issues at the intersection of legal ethics, technology, and intellectual property since 1989. He clerked for then Chief Judge Rader in 2012, and continues to serve as a lawyer and expert witness in disciplinary matters before the USPTO and in litigation.
