Pamela Kerr, CPA, FCPA, CFE is the President of Kerr Forensic Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Forensic CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Ms. Kerr has over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax, finance, audit, financial analysis, financial investigations and forensic accounting. She specializes in forensic accounting involving financial exploitation of the elderly and breach of fiduciary duty by a Conservator or Power of Attorney. As a member of the Denver Probate Court GAL Committee, Ms. Kerr assists the Court in reviewing Conservator Reports filed, performs forensic audits and assists conservators with the proper completion of Conservatorship reporting. Ms. Kerr has been qualified as an expert witness in both criminal and probate matters. She has performed numerous financial investigations and has worked closely with district attorneys and local law enforcement.
