Greenberg Traurig LLPMartine Wells, Esq., is a litigator whose practice focuses on employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour class and collective actions. She has over a decade of experience in employment law, and focuses on issues impacting health care employers but is also well versed in counseling call center, tech startup, consumer finance, manufacturing, hospitality, and government employers. Martine and her team advise regarding best practices, prevention, and mitigation of potential claims, but also litigate and work to efficiently resolve not only wage and hour claims but issues relating to employment discrimination, lawful off-duty conduct, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, reductions in force, employment and severance agreements, handbooks and policies, investigations, and document retention/ESI best practices. Martine has litigated over thirty cases in state and federal courts as well as myriad administrative agencies. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
