Mike Nelson, Esq., his practice focuses on advising emerging and growth-stage life sciences and technology companies, and the funds that invest in them, on matters relating to corporate finance, corporate governance, licensing and other intellectual property-based transactions and mergers and acquisitions. While at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law, he served on the executive board of the law review. While obtaining his PhD in neuroscience at the University of Virginia, he won the Michael J. Peach award as the top biomedical sciences graduate student at the University.
