Kelly Morrow, Esq., is a seasoned attorney having practiced for over nineteen years, nine of which have been focused on community association law with Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC. As a general counsel attorney, Kelly assists developers and common interest communities in a wide-range of transactional matters, including but not limited to: drafting and amending governing documents; document interpretation; real property matters; contract drafting; and risk management. Kelly is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and California. Prior to joining Orten, Cavanagh, Holmes, & Hunt, LLC Kelly focused on general real property matters, title review and insurance, construction, development, and other business-related matters.
