Joseph Gorman, Esq., previously worked as a Colorado Public Defender representing clients with all levels of offenses from DUI to Homicide. In 2017, he joined the Shakeshaft Law Firm as a partner forming Shakeshaft and Gorman Law Firm, LLP. He has represented approximately 60-70 clients all the way through jury verdicts in both criminal and civil matters. He has previously presented as the Colorado Public Defender conference on the issue of Identifying Human Trafficking Victims among criminal defendants. He obtained a top 50 personal injury verdict in the State of Colorado in 2019.
