Jake C. Eisenstein, Esq., practices primarily in the area of plaintiff’s side civil litigation. He handles all aspects of serious injury cases related to motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, negligence, and other similar causes of action. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, from hearings and motions practice through settlement and jury trial.
Mr. Eisenstein is the former chair of both the Denver Metro Volunteer Lawyers and the Denver Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Executive Council. He was recognized by the Arapahoe County Bar Association as the 2011 Tommy D. Drinkwine Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year. He is also a graduate of the 2013 Colorado Bar Association’s Leadership Training program.
