Matt Dubofsky, Esq., is a Partner in the Boulder office of Wilson Sonsini, where he focuses on the corporate and transactional representation of technology and healthcare companies. He also advises issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions, and represents both buy- and sell-side clients in M&A transactions. In addition, he represents venture capital funds and companies in equity financing transactions. Matt’s clients range from early-stage start-ups through pre-IPO, in addition to public companies.
