Brock J. Swanson, Esq., is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Section of the Colorado Department of Law. He previously clerked with Judge Robert M. Russel at the Colorado Court of Appeals and Justice Nathan B. Coats at the Colorado Supreme Court. He has prosecuted hundreds of appeals in those courts and also currently coordinates the ongoing training of the attorneys in the Criminal Appeals Section.
