Bill Kyriagis, Esq., is a shareholder and director with the law firm of Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff & Ragonetti, PC. In his practice, Bill represents real estate and business clients in litigation, land use, and bankruptcy matters. His clients are primarily concentrated in the real estate, development, and finance industries. He regularly represents lenders in connection with disputes relating to commercial real estate-backed loans, including collection/deficiency actions, receiverships, lien litigation, and bankruptcy. He has significant experience with landlord/tenant disputes, special district and other public finance related litigation, and litigation centering on the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Bill also represents real estate owners and developers in complex land use and development disputes, both public and private.
