Matthew S. (Scott) Troxell, Esq., is the Office Head of the Glenwood Springs Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. He received a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University (1998) and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco (2007). He started in the Colorado Springs Office of the Public Defender in 2007 and went on to both the Steamboat Springs and Grand Junction offices. He is married to a former public defender now solo practitioner, and has two children ages two and five.
