Andrew Trexler, Esq., is a solo practitioner and owner of The Law Office of Andrew S. Trexler, P.C., which he founded in late 2013 after working as an associate attorney for a prominent local bankruptcy practitioner for several years. During his time practicing bankruptcy law, he has represented consumers in several hundred chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Andrew's chapter 13 practice focuses on looking out for the best interests of his clients throughout the entire chapter 13 proceeding, and he is proud of the high chapter 13 discharge rate in his clients' cases relative to the national average. Andrew graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Religious Studies and Anthropology from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2002, and received his J.D., cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007. In addition to his chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy practice. Andrew represents clients in family-based immigration, citizenship and naturalization matters. He has previously taught at CLEs and seminars on chapter 13 plan modifications, law practice management and immigration regulatory compliance.
