Beth M. Dombroski

Beth M. Dombroski is a former Navy Judge Advocate, having joined the JAG Corps upon completing her J.D. While serving in the Navy, Beth served as a legal assistance counsel, assisting service members with various legal issues from consumer protections matters to estate planning in preparation for deployment. She served as a defense counsel as well, having defended service members in General, Special, and Summary Courts Martial proceedings as well as in Administrative Separation hearings. Beth served as the Deputy JAG at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego performing command services for its more than 6,000 member military and civilian staff. Beth oversaw Non Judicial Punishment proceedings, Administrative Separation hearings, handled issues concerning informed consent and powers of attorney, advised on government ethics, healthcare policy and ethics, and offered legal assistance to staff, patients, and family members on a variety of issues. She also reviewed search warrants and investigations, and served as an Article 32 hearing Officer. After leaving the Navy, Beth earned a Master of Science in HealthCare Policy and Law and has been very active in the healthcare policy community in Denver. As an attorney with Triple L Law she represents clients in a variety of criminal matters including DUI, DV, and sexual assaults cases as well as in civil matters including APS defense and Veteran’s disability compensation.
