Mr. Lemmon counsels clients through the complex processes of all types of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions; construction and development loans; office, retail, and multi-use development; loan modifications and workouts; leasing; land use and annexation; title and survey matters; and renewable energy project financing.
Prior to law school, Mr. Lemmon was an officer in the U.S. Navy. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Arizona.
