Frederick Yarger, Esq., is a partner at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell and is a member of the firm's Management and Executive Committees. Before joining Wheeler Trigg, Fred served as Colorado's Solicitor General. Fred's practice focuses on civil trials and appeals in Colorado and courts nationwide. His appellate experience spans multiple state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, where he has argued as counsel of record five times. Fred graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Statistics with honors from Dartmouth College, graduating magna cum laude. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Hon. Mark R. Filip of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
