Casey Williams, Esq., is a managing partner of Tolison & Williams, Attorneys at Law, in Brighton.  Her private practice focuses on elder and disability law, including estate and special needs planning, guardianships and conservatorships, trust settlement and probate administration, long-term care planning, and fiduciary accountability and advisement.  Ms. Williams also serves as the Deputy Public Administrator for the 17th Judicial District (Adams and Broomfield Counties). Ms. Williams is involved in many public service activities through the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and on her own.  She currently serves as Chairperson for the Rules and Forms Committee and Civic and Community Affairs Committee.  She served as the only attorney member of the statewide Probate Advisory Committee, and is proud to serve on a newly formed Colorado Supreme Court Probate Rules Committee. Ms. Williams frequently teaches continuing legal education courses on elder law topics for attorneys and the community.  She has published several articles, reference book contributions, and community education materials in the areas of elder law and trust and probate administration.  Ms. Williams earned her B.A. in criminal justice and sociology at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and her J.D. from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
