Caleb Durling, is a partner in the Denver office of Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm, where he focuses his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation and appeals. He has taken a leading role in high-profile litigation to preserve the financial viability of public pension funds. He also served twice as Special Counsel for the State Public Defenders Office and worked to secure systemic reform of bond-setting practices. Caleb began his legal career as a law clerk for Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey of the Colorado Supreme Court. Prior to law school, he taught at an inner-city Atlanta elementary school through Teach for America.
