Grant T. Sullivan, Esq., is an Assistant Solicitor General with the Colorado Department of Law, serving in its Public Officials Unit. He specializes in appeals, constitutional issues, election law, tax, administrative law, and the representation of public officials. His clients include Colorado's Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Treasurer, the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and multiple boards and commissions. Grant previously practiced law with the Denver office of a national law firm. He clerked with both the Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Court of Appeals after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School. He received his B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas's McCombs School of Business.
