Chris Levkulich, Esq. provides tax advice and general counsel to a wide range of closely held businesses, such as investment firms, family businesses, real estate investors, franchisees, entrepreneurs, and medical practices. He advises businesses and their owners regarding entity formation, raising capital, asset sales, ownership changes, succession planning and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides estate planning and general income tax counsel to owners of partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations. Chris is a licensed (but non-practicing) Certified Public Accountant, and previously practiced accounting at the international accounting firm Ernst & Young.
