Rachel Oliver, Esq., is a criminal defense attorney with her own practice at BOS Law. She attended Western Washington University for her bachelor’s degree and graduated with her juris doctorate from University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2011. Ms. Oliver started practicing at the Golden regional office of the Public Defenders Officer where she represented clients on all levels of misdemeanors and felonies. Ms. Oliver transitioned to private practice in 2018. Ms. Oliver has been litigating postconviction matters since 2018 and has been qualified to testify as an expert in postconviction matters. Along with litigating postconviction petitions, Ms. Oliver regularly mentors younger lawyers on postconviction and trial cases.
