Emily A. White
Emily A. White, M.S.W., Esq., manages the removal defense and immigration litigation practice at Stern & Curray LLC in Denver. She frequently represents noncitizens before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Her practice also includes providing consultation to criminal counsel regarding the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. She has presented to local and national audiences on a variety of immigration law topics, including U visas, cancellation of removal, and waivers of criminal grounds of inadmissibility. Emily has served as the Chair of the ICE Liaison Committee of the Colorado Chapter of American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA) since 2010. She also serves as on the National AILA ICE Liaison Committee. She also enjoys her role on the 2010-2012 mentor panel for Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network.
