David J. Warner, Esq., partner at Sender Wasserman, Wadsworth, P.C., represents trustees, creditors, and debtors in a wide variety of bankruptcy matters including nondischargeability proceedings, fraudulent transfer and preference actions and objections to claims and exemptions. He also assists the firm's corporate clients with foreclosures, contract disputes and collections. Before law school, Mr. Warner managed an exclusive luxury resort in California, and while in law school, he completed a student internship in the San Jose, California division of the Office of the United States Trustee. Prior to joining his current firm, he represented step-parents in adoption proceedings and consumer debtors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
