Anne M. Zoltani, Esq., is the staff attorney for the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Anne graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2006. She is a continuing contributor to the Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law, the Colorado Lawyer, and the ABI Journal. Anne also teaches business law at Front Range Community College, where she introduces her students to the complexities and wonders of bankruptcy law.
