Ronnie S. Rosenbaum, MS, as a mediator, parenting coordinator and conflict/communications coach, Ronnie Rosenbaum assists families in the resolution of issues related to divorce, parenting, estate planning and distribution, and aging. With long-time experience providing services to families going through transitions, Ronnie understands the dynamics and developmental needs of multi-generational families. She was recognized by Jefferson County Mediation Services as their Divorce and Parenting Mediator of the Year for 2007, is qualified by the Mediation Association of Colorado as a Professional Mediator, and has been trained in Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. She has presented at conferences nationally and in Colorado, including at the 2009, 2010 and 2011 ADR Conferences. From 2008-2011, Ms. Rosenbaum was the executive director of VORP of Denver, an agency providing restorative justice and conflict resolution services, and is a member of the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee. She is a member of the Board of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals and is a Collaborative Divorce Facilitator. A recent joy has been in applying her deep listening skills to elders, using reminiscence therapy. Through her professional and personal endeavors, Ms. Rosenbaum is able to actualize her commitment to being a peacemaker.
