R. Gregory Spiers has more than 30 years of experience serving clients across a number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail and consumer business. He has led engagements for many of Deloitte's largest public-company clients across our Central region.  He has significant experience with multi-national companies. Greg's experience includes IPOs and secondary offerings of equity and debt; M&A assistance, including due diligence, the evaluation of significance of acquisitions, Rule 3-05, and pro forma requirements; and the evaluation of purchase accounting and other complex transaction analyses. Greg previously served as the professional practice director for the Denver and Kansas City offices, where he was the lead technical and risk management partner. Additionally, he works closely with our foreign member firms in an advisory and quality role and co-leads our regional ASC 718 share-based compensation subject matter team.
