Susan Colling is the Juvenile Probation Specialist and the Alcohol Drug Driving & Safety (ADDS) Program Coordinator for the CO State Court Administrator's Office in the Division of Probation Services. In her current capacity, Susan provides technical assistance, evaluation and analytical services and training related to juvenile services and ADDS in the 23 probation departments across the state. She has extensive expertise in risk & needs assessment and was responsible for the statewide implementation of the CO Juvenile Risk Assessment (CJRA) in all juvenile probation departments. Susan serves on many Boards and Commissions appointed by the Governor and the Supreme Court Chief Justice. Susan received her Masters of Public Administration/ Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. Before joining the CO Judicial Department, Susan worked for the CO Legislative Council as a fiscal analyst and was a research analyst for the CO Division of Criminal Justice.
