Jessica Creevy, Esq., advises clients on the creation and implementation of their estate plans, including drafting revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and related documents. In addition, Jessica advises clients on multi-generational wealth planning to protect and preserve familial wealth through the use of sophisticated planning techniques including; family-owned and closely-held business entities, pre-and post- nuptial agreements, charitable entities, and strategic gifting that minimize gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes. She also advises clients on the probate matters, estate administration, and post-mortem planning. Jessica represents clients before the IRS with respect to gift and estate tax audits. Jessica has over 10 years of experience and prior to joining the firm, she worked for the IRS in Estate and Gift Tax.
