Jessica L. Broderick is a member of Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in Denver. She represents high-net-worth individuals and families in the development of their estate plans and provides advice with respect to associated business, marital, and charitable planning. She also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding estate, trust, and conservatorship and guardianship administration, and she assists her clients in litigation regarding such matters. She has presented on trust and estate planning issues and is the author of “Modifying Irrevocable Trusts under the New Colorado Uniform Trust Decanting Act,” published in The Colorado Lawyer in November 2016. Ms. Broderick chaired the committee studying the Uniform Trust Decanting Act for the CBA Trust and Estate Section and helped enact the Act in Colorado in 2016. Ms. Broderick currently serves as the firm's practice group leader for the Trusts & Estates, Tax, and Employee Benefits Groups.
