David F. Bower, Esq., is a partner at the Boulder County based law firm of Johnson & Repucci LLP. His practice is focused in the areas of water, real estate, natural resources, public lands, and conservation easement law. Dave represents ranches, ski resorts, developers, ditch companies, and municipalities and has been counsel of record in nearly 300 water court cases, in addition to his transactional and land use practice. He also provides pro bono counsel to land trusts and volunteers at his alma maters, Colorado State University and the University of Colorado Law School. When Dave manages to get out of the office, he enjoys visiting random places, like the highest point on a continent.
