Ema I.G. Schultz, Esq., is a Second Assistant Attorney General in the Parks, Wildlife, and Trust Lands Unit of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. She represents the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife and the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners in a variety of administrative and judicial matters before the district courts and the Colorado Supreme Court. Before joining the Attorney General’s Office in 2012, she was an associate with Trout, Raley, Montano, Witwer & Freeman P.C. representing governmental entities and private water rights owners in general matters and Water Court. She received her law degree and master of business administration from St. Mary’s University.
