Ema I.G. Schultz, Esq., is a Second Assistant Attorney General in the Parks, Wildlife, and Trust Lands Unit of the Department of Law representing the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife in a variety of water related administrative and judicial matters before the district courts and the Colorado Supreme Court. She also represents the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife in various transactions unrelated to water matters. She previously represented the Colorado Division of Water Resources and the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Before joining the Department of Law, she practiced with Trout, Raley, Montaño, Witwer & Freeman P.C. (now Trout Raley) representing governmental entities and private water rights owners in general matters and Water Court. She holds a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration from St. Mary's University.
