Trent Martinet, Esq., is a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and chair of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Intellectual Property Group. He advises clients on legal issues related to equity financings, corporate financing, technology company mergers & acquisitions, corporate, intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions matters. Trent represents startups, emerging growth, private equity, venture capital, and large private and public companies. He represents clients in a range of industries, such as software, SaaS, AdTech, AI, EdTech, aviation, aerospace, health care, beverage distribution, consumer products, food, manufacturing, natural resources, energy, hospitality, telecommunications, and higher education. Trent is a publisher and lecturer on corporate, intellectual property, technology transactions, and commercial contracting topics. Prior to attending law school, Trent was a software developer. He serves on the Technology Affairs Council at the Colorado Technology Association. He also serves on the Board for the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Development Committee at the Denver Art Museum.
